Natural remedy #1 – make a paste using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to gently brush the teeth. The baking soda acts as a mild abrasive, and the hydrogen peroxide bleaches the stains away.

Natural remedy #2 – after brushing the teeth, mix 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide and ½ cup of water, and swish in the mouth for about one minute.

Natural remedy #3 – make a paste using one teaspoon of baking soda and ½ teaspoon of sea salt and gently brush the teeth for two minutes.

Natural remedy #4 – make a paste using one teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little bit of water and gently brush the teeth for two minutes.
