Natural remedy #2 – after brushing the teeth, mix 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide and ½ cup of water, and swish in the mouth for about one minute.

Natural remedy #3 – make a paste using one teaspoon of baking soda and ½ teaspoon of sea salt and gently brush the teeth for two minutes.

Natural remedy #4 – make a paste using one teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little bit of water and gently brush the teeth for two minutes.
